Strategi menyusun Jadwal Pelajaran dan P5 pada Kurikulum Merdeka
blogsusanto.com – Beberapa guru (dan kepala sekolah) masih bingung atau belum paham cara menyusun jadwal pelajaran pada Kurikulum Mrdeka.
Guru dan kepala sekolah tersebut belum memahami letak pembelajaran kokurikuler berupa Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila atau P5.
Uraian berikut menjelaskan strategi penyusunan jadwal pelajaran yang mengandung P5 untuk sekolah dasar. Guru SMP dan SMA dapat menyesuaikan dengan komposisi pelajaran yang ada.
Letak P5 dalam Jadwal Pelajaran
Penyusunan jadwal pada kurikulum Merdeka itu tidak berbeda dengan kurikulum-kurikulum sebelumnya. Hanya, pada kurikulum Merdeka ini ada kegiatan P5 (Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila). Oleh karena itu, kita perlu menyesuaikan letak kegiatan P5 dalam sebaran mata pelajaran pada jadwal yang dibuat.
Ada 3 pilihan meletakkan kegiatan P5. Yang pertama adalah harian, yang kedua mingguan, dan yang ketiga adalah sistem blog. Guru/Kepala Sekolah dapat memilih salah satunya.
Jadwal pelajaran pun, akhirnya berbeda tergantung dari pilihan pelaksanaan P5 tersebut.
Jika guru memilih jadwal P5 harian, maka guru menentukan hari-hari tertentu meletakkan kegiatan P5 tersebut. Misalnya, Senin, Selasa, Rabu, dan Kamis pada jam tertentu diletakkan kegiatan P5.
Apabila guru memilih P5 mingguan maka kegiatan P5 diletakkan pada satu hari penuh. Jika memilih hari Kamis, misalnya, berarti hari Kamis itu khusus untuk P5. Pada hari Kamis tidak ada pembelajaran intrakurikuler. Artinya, tidak ada bahasa Indonesia, Matematika, dan sebagainya.
Pada sistem blog, guru memilih bulan tertentu, misalnya bulan September. Maka, pada satu bulan itu kegiatan P5 penuh satu bulan, atau 3 minggu disesuaikan dengan perhitungan.
Pada sistem blok, misalnya memilih pada bulan September, mulai tanggal 15 tidak ada kegiatan intrakurikuler. Pada hari-hari itu, khusus untuk P5 ini.
Strategi Menyusun Jadwal Pelajaran
1. Membuka Alokasi Waktu Kurikulum
Pada Kepmendikbud Ristek Nomor 262/M/2022 tertera struktur kurikulum dan alokasi waktu untuk semua jenjang. Penulis memilih jenjang SD. Di sana terdapat struktur dan alokasi waktu untuk Kelas 1, 2, 3 gingga 5, dan kelas enam.
Asumsi satu tahun adalah 36 minggu. Mapel Pendidikan agama dan Budi Pekerti adalah 108 minggu intrakurikuler dan 36 minggu Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Total satu tahun adalah 144 minggu. Ini setara dengan 4 jam.
Melihat Struktur Kurikulum tersebut, maka:
- PABP 144 minggu = 4 jp
- Pendidikan Pancasila 180 minggu = 5 jp
- Bahasa Indonesia 288 minggu = 8 jp
- Matematika 180 minggu = 5 jp
- PJOK 144 minggu = 4 jp
- Seni dan Budaya 144 minggu = 4 jp
Jumlah jam pelajaran keseluruhan untuk kelas 1 adalah 4 + 5 + 8 + 5 + 4 + 4 = 30 JP.
Jumlah jam P5 berkisar 20 hingga 20% dari total jam pelajaran, Jika memilih 25%, maka jumlah jam pelajaran P5 adalah 7 jam pelajaran.
Jadi, ketika membuat Jadwal Pelajaran banyaknya jam untuk P5 adalah 7 JP.
Pada struktur kurikulum yang dikeluarkan Kemendikbu, mata pelajaran pilihan dan muatan lokal tidak ada pengurangan projek, Oleh karena itu pada kolom P5 diberi tanda strip. Itu artinya, banyaknya jam pelajaran sepenuhnya digunakan untuk pembelajaran intrakurikuler.
Sebagai contoh Kabupaten Musi Rawas, Sumsel. Musi Rawas memiliki Muatan Lokal Pendidikan Budaya Musi Rawas Darussalam (PBMD) dan dialokasikan sebanyak 4 JP.
Jika sekolah menambah mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris karena memiliki sumber daya yang memadai dan dialokasikan sebanyak 2 JP maka total jam pelajaran adalah 36 JP. Jika tidak ada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris maka hanya 34 jam pelajaran atau jika PBMD sebanyak 6 jam pelajaran, jumlah jam keseluruhan adalah 36 jam pelajaran dalam satu minggu.
Dari 36 jam pelajaran itu, yang 7 jam pelajaran untuk projek (P5), sehingga intrakurikulernya ada 29 jam pelajaran.
2. Menyebarkan Mata Pelajaran sesuai Alokasi Waktu Kurikulum
Jadwal Pelajaran P5 Harian
Projek (P5) diletakkan pada akhir jam dalam beberapa hari. Namun, guru boleh juga meletakkan pada awal atau pertengahan jam, misalnya jam ke-4 dan 5.
Jadwal Pelajaran P5 Mingguan
Projek (P5) dikumpulkan pada satu hari penuh. Mata pelajaran lain disebarkan dengan alokasi waktu yang sama dengan P5 per hari.
Jadwal Pelajaran Jika P5 dengan Sistem Blok
Karena Projek (P5) dikumpulkan dalam satu bulan (misalnya bulan Sepetember) dan pada saat itu guru kelas/mata pelajaran tidak mengajar intrakurikuler, maka pelajaran intarkurikuler dikembalikan seperti tidak ada pengurangan P5 sebanyak 7 jam pelajaran.
Jika pada P5 Harian atau Mingguan intrakurikuler per minggu 29 JP, maka pada sistem blog menjadi 36 jam pelajaran penuh.
Jadi, bentuk jadwalnya sebagai berikut.
Untuk kelas 2, 4, dan 5 disesuaikan dengan struktur dan alokasi waktu yang berlaku pada Keputuan Mendikbud Nomor 262/M/2022.
